dishes of the Sierra Gaditana, as well as their famous goat and
sheep cheese (National Price), cured goat and sheep cheese with
butter and romero, and goat cheese cured in iberic butter.
Villaluenga del Rosario, its is situated Northwest of province
of Cadiz, in the nucleus of the natural park of Grazalema, emerging
directly from the rock, with an altitude of almost 1.000 m above
sea level which makes this town the most elevated of the province
and peak of Sierra Gaditana. It is named Villaluenga “Paradise
of the Espeleología” because in the term is found
three of the four most important obysses of Andalucia. Of tourist
interestare the routes depending of difficulties, can be made
by foot, on horse, or on bicycle.
